I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Paul Smith, and I can honestly say the nickname "Painless Paul" is well deserved. I was pretty nervous going into the procedure, but Paul immediately put me at ease with his calm, reassuring demeanor. Throughout the entire process, he checked in with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. His attention to patient care and comfort was exceptional. With 52 years of experience, it's clear that he has truly mastered his craft. His skill, confidence, and professionalism made what I expected to be a stressful experience surprisingly smooth and comfortable. If you're anxious about dental procedures, I can't recommend Paul Smith enough. His expertise and genuine concern for his patients make all the difference. Thank you, Paul, for making my wisdom tooth extraction such a positive experience!

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Paul (aka Dr. No Pain / Painless Paul), and I was genuinely petrified beforehand because of bad experiences with dentists in the past. He was everything I could have hoped for and more. I felt absolutely no pain, and the entire visit was incredibly educational and thorough. He got the job done perfectly. I’d easily give him a 15/10. There isn’t a single negative thing I can say about him. As a registered nurse at Cleveland Clinic, I’ve worked with some of the best providers in the country, but Dr. Paul stands out as truly exceptional. He is empowering, deeply empathetic, and so gentle. At one point, I thought he was about to pull my tooth on the next tug—only to realize he was carefully showing me my tooth! It was such a wow moment. This was the first time I’ve ever left a dentist or oral surgeon’s office without feeling any discomfort. I’ll be telling all my coworkers and spreading the word—highly recommend

Omg, he's the best! I was so nervous and full of anxiety before the procedure. Dr.Smith, talk through the whole process regarding what he was doing for the procedure step by step. His bedside manners and compassion for his patients is awesome. I will be coming here for any tooth or wisdom teeth pulling moving forward. I'm extreme excited that I was given his name as a referral. Yes, I see why the call him painless "Paul".. He truly rocks♥️

Let me start by saying If you have anything to do the day you schedule with him then I’d readjust the things that have to be done surrounding the appointment. The office is a little slow moving HOWEVER I excused that because Dr.Paul works by himself and he does a DAMN good job at what he does! I came in for an extraction appt. I waited a while before he could take me back (40 minute wait from my appt time). When I got back there he got right to business!! I didn’t feel a thing from the numbing, to the extractions. He lives up to the name “painless Paul” it was so fast. He made sure to explain the procedure throughly and made sure to ask if I was alright after every single thing. It made me relax. If I ever need his services again I’ll be BACK❤️❤️

They need to give us more stars to choose than just 5 as that is not enough for this amazing man right here. I love this man and his staff too!! I took my 14 yo son Dominik for the first time to this office to have 7 teeth pulled that day. I never heard a sound, saw a flinch, nothing. Dom requests only him for these occasions and we will be seeing him again real soon. The feeling of comfort knowing my son is getting the best care possible when he is in that chair it’s worth the hour drive, even in Northeast, Ohio this time of year!! Thank you sir, for the peace of mind you give me, if only for short periods at a time. Toni Hamilton
